Privacy Policy
Project Falcon is fire alarm design software. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Your account: email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name.
- Your project data: the floor plans you upload and everything you place on them — devices, circuits, zones, settings, project names.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. We never see or store card numbers — payments are handled by our merchant of record.
- Messages you send us: what you type into the contact or demo form, so we can reply.
- Basic technical logs: request timing and errors, used to keep the service running.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Your drawings
Architectural floor plans are confidential by default. Your files live in your account. They are not published, not indexed by search engines, not shared between accounts, and not used to train anyone's models. There is no public gallery. Team plan projects are visible only to members you invite to that team.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Where a provider offers a free usage tier, content sent through it may be used by that provider to improve their service; we note this in the app where it applies.
Stored in your browser
We use local storage and a session cookie to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language, toolbar layout and your company branding. No advertising cookies are set.
How long we keep things
Project data stays until you delete it or close your account. Contact messages stay in our mailbox. Technical logs are short-lived. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
- Export or delete any project from inside the app at any time.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it, by emailing info@projectfalcon.app. We act within 30 days.
- Cancel your subscription whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted by row-level security so an account reaches only its own rows. API keys live on our servers, never in your browser. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
Children
Project Falcon is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, for anything significant, email account holders.
